What we look for during a pre-purchase building inspection
Every inspection is carried out in accordance with NZ Standard NZS 4306:2005. Our methodology is thorough, consistent, and non-invasive, covering the full visible structure of the property from the ground up.

Joinery Quality
Joinery inspection including windows, doors, and timber reveals for moisture ingress, staining, or rot
Roof Integrity
Roof space inspection where safely accessible, including insulation, structural framing integrity, underlays, and leak paths
